Cell Line:

A 10MW/ annum cell line processing mono crystalline silicon wafers as well as multicrystalline silicon Wafers. Process line capabilities accept wide variation of wafer spec. A smart selective automation of process offers such a flexible production option.

The size of wafers range between to 125 mm PSQ to 156 mm PSQ in mono and 125 x 125 sq mm or 156 x 156 sq mm in multicrystalline silicon wafer version.

The cells are of efficiency in the range of 13 to 15%. Excellent performance in low irradiation and a high shunt characteristic make these cells an ideal choice for most applications - grid tied or stand alone battery charge installation.
